2024 National Show and Sale Online Entry Form

This form has 3 parts, (1) General Information, (2) Pedigree and EBV Information, and (3) Meal Tickets. Make sure to complete all 3 parts!

Step 1: General Entry Form

Scroll down to "Entry Forms" and fill out the entry form that pays for your classes.  You will receive "tickets" that serve as your entry for each animal and class. Entry form is only for the Open Show. Juniors will only need to complete the paper entry form at the bottom of this page. Entry deadline is May 31, 2024.

Step 2: Pedigree and EBV Entry Form

After completing the payment portion, please fill out the Pedigree and EBV portion of the entry form. Please click the button below to access the form and fill out the needed information.

Step 3: Meal Tickets

Make sure to come back and get your meal tickets. For information regarding the meal, click here. To pay for meal tickets please click the button below.
